Ready, Steady… Grow! is a cabaret with a narrative, performed by two actors, designed for performance in schools.

The one hour show promotes the importance of healthy eating, activity and exercise.

Set around an overgrown potting shed, two gardeners, Sid and Eric, explore the benefits of a healthy diet and regular exercise, and how it helps them to go about their daily routines at work.

Songs, stories, puppets and participation all combine to make Ready Steady Grow a fantastic way to introduce healthy options to children.
